Hugh Roberts, Bodermid Isa, Aberdaron : Will 1812.
In the name of God Amen.I Hugh Roberts of Bodermid Isa in the Parish of Aberdaron, in the County of Carnarvon being weak in body but of sound mind, memory and understanding do hereby make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and following viz.
First I do give and bequeath to my daughter Jane Hughes the sum of one pound sterling.
Item. I do give and bequeath to my daughter Bridget Hughes the sum of five pounds sterling.
Item. I do give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Hughes the full sum of eighteen pounds sterling.
Lastly, I constitute nominate and appoint my loving wife Ellin Thomas and my youngest daughter Gaynor Hughes to be Co-Executrixes of this my Last Will and Testament and likewise to be share alike my Residual Legatees hereby revoking all other former Will or Wills by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I do hereby set my hand and seal the 28th day of September in the year 1811.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator for and as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us whose names are hereunto subscribed the day and year first above written.

On the 13th day of November 1812 the within written Will was insinuated, proved, approved and in common form of Law decreed valid, and Administration granted to the within named Executrixes, Ellin Thomas and Gaynor Hughes, they being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels abd Credits od the said deceased do not amount in value to one hundred pounds.
