Robert Jones, Ystohelig bach, Aberdaron : Will 1811.
In the name of God Amen.I Robert Jones of Ystohelig bach in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon being of sound mind memory and understanding do hereby make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following viz.
First I do give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Roberts the sum of five shillings.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Elleanor Roberts my oak dresser and a brass pan.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Jane Roberts my feather bed and not the bedclothes.
I give and bequeath to my grandaughter Rebecca Roberts three blankets, two sheets, a bolster and the cover lid of my bed and also the bedstead and my little table to be possessed by her from and after the decease of my loving wife Jane Wynne.
I give and bequeath to my loving wife Jane Wynne all the rest and residue of my Goods and Chattels if she continues my widow but if she may happen to remarry then and in that case my Will is that all my Goods and Chattels after the above legacies is paid shall be equally divided between my daughters Elleanor and Jane and that my said wife shall have a bed and bedclothes during her natural life only.
Lastly I constitute nominate and appoint my said loving wife Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other former Wills by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I do hereby set my hand and seal the 22nd day of November in the year 1809.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator for and as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us whose names are hereunto subscribed the day and year first above written.

On the 30th day of May in the year of our Lord 1811, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within Executrix Jane Wynne, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.
