Evan Jones, Rhose y bela, Aberdaron, : Will 1811.
In the name of God Amen.I Evan Jones of Rhose y bela in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon being far in years and weak in body but od sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. Viz.
First I do give and bequeath to my daughter Jane Evans the sum of Three Pounds Sterling.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Evans the like sum of Three Pounds Sterling.
Lastly I do give leave and bequeath to my trusty friends Robert Evans of Bodermid Ucha and John Edward of Llanllawen bach both in the said Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon all the rest and residue of my Goods and Chattels dues and demands whatsoever (In trust to and for my son John Evans a minor until he the said John Evans arrives to the age of Twenty One years, but if my only son John Evans shall or may happen to die before he arrives to the age of Twenty One years and not in wedlock then and in that case my Will is that all my Goods and Chattels shall go to my two daughters share and share alike and further I do hereby nominate and appoint the above named Robert Evans and John Edward Co Executors of this my last Will and Testament provided that my my son John Evans shall and will defray their expenses in so doing as they are to execute this my last Will to and for the use of my son and no other use intend or purpose. I do hereby revoke all other former Will or Wills by me heretofore made confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I do hereby set my hand and seal the thirtieth day of May in the year of our Lord 1810.

On the third day of September in the year of our Lord 1810 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executors Robert Evans and John Edwards they being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to one hundred pounds.
