Thomas Prichard, Gwag y Noe, Aberdaron, Farmer : Will 1808.
In the Name of God Amen.I Thomas Prichard of Gwag y Noe in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. Videlicet Imprimis.
I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Sarah all that my messuage lands and tenement called Tynewydd now in the tenure or occupation of Richard Williams as tenant at Will for and during the term of her natural life.
I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of all my stock cattle and chattels, all my ready money, notes, bonds and every other securities for monies whatsoever to be enjoyed and used for her maintenance and the comfort of her declining years.
I give devise and bequeath unto my Nephew Griffith Edmund after the decease of my said wife Sarah the aforesaid messuage lands and tenement Tynewydd situated as aforesaid and the remainder of all my personal estate should any so happen after the decease of my above mentioned wife. Upon this special trust and in confidence that the said Griffith Edmund shall and will timely and affectionally maintain and cherish my above mentioned wife Sarah.
Lastly I constitute and appoint the said Griffith Edmund my Executrix and residuary Legatee hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time hereunto made. In witness whereof I set my hand and seal this eighth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seven.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator Thomas Prichard as his last Will and Testament in our presence who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the sixth day of January in the year of our Lord 1808 the above Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the above named Executor Griffith Edmund, he being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £20.
