Robert Jones, Pen y bryn, Aberdaron : Will 1804.
In the name of God Amen.I Robert Jones of Pen y bryn in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon being weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following viz.
I do give and bequeath unto my son Robert Roberts the sum of Two Pounds Sterling.
I do give and bequeath unto my servant maid Lowry David the sum of Five Pounds Sterling and my oak chest.
Lastly I do give and bequeath all the rest and residue of my Goods and Chattels dues and Demands whatsoever to my son Evan Roberts whom I likewise constitute nominate and appoint my Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other former Will by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I do hereby set my hand and seal the Fourth day of October in the year 1803.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator for and as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence have subscribed our names as witnesses the day above written.

On the 10th day of February in the year of our Lord 1804 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executor Evan Roberts, he being first sworn in common form of Law and the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100

Probate granted 21st February 1804.
A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods and Chattels of Robert Jones late of Penybryn in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon deceased.
