Humphrey Jones, Hen Dy, Aberdaron, Gent : Will 1762.

Gods Will be done, Amen.

I Humphrey Jones of Hen Dy in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Gent, being of sound and perfect memory and understanding, praised be God do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament as followeth

First I give and Bequeath unto my loving Wife Mary ach Evan all that part or share of my household stuff that she had and bought here when married to me.

Also I give and bequeath unto my eldest son John Humphrey the sum of two shillings and six pence.

Also I give and bequeath unto my son Owen Humphrey the sum of two shillings and six pence.

All the rest residue and remainder of my Goods and Chattels, Rights Credits and Personal Estate whatsoever I give and bequeath to and between my loving wife Mary ach Evan aforesaid, my son William Humphrey and my son Robert Humphrey to be equally divided amongst them share and share alike and moreover I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my loving wife Mary, my son William and son Robert aforesaid Co Executors of this my last Will and Testament revoking and disannuling whatever Will or Wills heretofore made by me as witness my hand and seal this sixteenth day of June in the year of our Lord 1758.

Signed sealed declared and delivered by the Testator as hid last Will and Testament in the presence of us and subscribed in his presence by us

On the 22nd day of April one thousand seven hundred and sixty two the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and decreed valid in common form of Law and Administration of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased granted to the Co Executors, Robert and William Humphreys within named they being personally sworn as the Law directs / everyone's rights being saved and reserved

A true and perfect Inventory made upon all the Goods and Chattels of Humphrey Jones of the parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor lately deceased values and prized by the persons undernamed.
