William Jones, Tyddyn gwenllian, Carnguwch, Farmer : Will 1812.
In the name of God Amen.I William Jones of Tyddyn gwenllian or Tai uchaf in the Parish of Carnguwch in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, being weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding praised be Almighty God for the same do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, viz.
First I give and bequeath unto my brother Robert Jones the sum of five pounds.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Niece Elizabeth Griffith, daughter of my late brother Griffith Jones the like sum of five pounds.
Also I give and bequeath unto the children of my late sister Anne Jones the like sum of five pounds to be equally divided between them share and share alike.
And as to all the rest and residue of my personal estate and effects of what kind or nature soever the same shall be at the time of my decease I give and bequeath the same and every part thereto unto my beloved wife Anne Jones. And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said beloved wife Anne Jones to be Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me made, declaring this and this only to be my last Will. In witness whereof I do hereby set my hand and seal this 22nd day of November 1809.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator William Jones as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
On the 10th day of June in the year of our Lord 1812 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within Executrix Anne Jones, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.

This is the true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods and Effects of the late William Jones of the Parish of Carnguwch in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, deceased, made and appraised by us (gratis) this 10th day of June in the year of our Lord 1812.
